Raising a Complaint
If you have a concern or complaint, please contact us in writing and outline the nature of your concern. Complaints should be directed to the Consulting Principal and may be submitted by email or post.
Our Response
All complaints are taken seriously and will be reviewed promptly. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint and aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe, having regard to the nature and complexity of the issues raised.
Where appropriate, we may seek further information from you to properly understand and address your concerns. Our goal is to resolve complaints fairly, efficiently, and with minimal disruption.
External Review
If your complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, you may have the right to refer the matter to the relevant legal regulatory authority in your state or territory. Information about external complaint bodies can be provided upon request.
Confidentiality
All complaints are handled confidentially and will not affect your right to continue to receive legal services from us.
